h.m. Peavy
Hello...I am Martin. I grew up in the Midwest, lived in Hawaii for nearly 40 years, and currently make my home in Southern California. I love creating artworks, home renovations, cycling, organic gardening, collecting vintage art and craft, and upcycling. I own Re-psychles Vintage Shop and Art Gallery... with a work studio in the back of the shop.
I created the original 
*Apple Pencil
Apple Lamp 
and other products made from twigs, including clothing naturally dyed using Apple Juice 
a byproduct in the production of the Apple Pencil. The Prayer = T-shirt 
was designed to encourage racial equality and unity. The Black Face Project T-shirts feature American Black women 
and men who have made significant contributions to humanity.
I am also working on a line of clothing for women and men, 
home furnishings, 
and other products made from vintage textiles that involve stitching, printing, and hand-dyeing. Additionally, I am working on a series of limited edition lithographs based on images and themes I often revisit in my work.
I also design and weave rugs and tapestries, 
and build construction and assemblage artworks.
